SELLER NOTE, Operator of the Digital Forwarding Service ‘Ship-Da’ Secures $4.5 M in Funding
SELLER NOTE(셀러노트), operator of the digital forwarding service ‘Ship-Da’, has secured $4.5 million (KRW 6 billion) in funding. The investment was led by existing investors BoneAngels Venture Partners and KB Investment, with Investor joining as a new investor.
This investment brings SELLER NOTE’s total funding to $10 million (KRW 136 billion), the largest for a startup in the international logistics space. Hyung-soon Jeon, Executive Director of NVESTORNVEST, who led the investment, said: “The essence of the distribution business is procurement competitiveness, i.e. how good products can be purchased at a low price. We were attracted to the digital freight forwarding industry because it is possible to maximise sourcing competitiveness and business productivity for overseas goods now that overseas trade transactions have become commonplace.”

Ship-Da launched its Singapore service in January 2024, marking the beginning of its overseas expansion, and plans to expand its domestic service, which was limited to imports, to exports and outbound shipments in the first quarter of 2024.
