1월 17일, 강남 대치동 포스코센터에서 한국, 일본 모바일 앱 교류행사 “Asia As One”이 열린다.

“Asia As One”은 한국과 일본 두 국가 간의 모바일 시장에 확산을 기반으로 하여 아시아 모바일 생태계를 긍정적인 발전 방향으로 이끌고자 하는 취지에서 기획되었다.

이번 행사는 아시아 각국의 모바일 앱 선두주자들이 참석하여 모바일 마켓, 아시아 비즈니스 파트너십과 투자유치, 소셜 게임 등 다양한 모바일 앱 사업분야에 대해 프레젠테이션을 진행할 예정이다. 스피커로는 싱가폴의 안드로이드 판매 플랫폼 ‘metaps’의 수장 ‘Choy Wai Cheong’, 일본의 엔터네이먼트 콘텐츠 모바일 플랫폼사 ‘mobcast’의 디렉터 ‘Takashi Sato’등이 참여하여 모바일 앱의 기업성장과 향후 시장분석에 대한 내용을 공유할 예정이다.

행사 주최자 Keisuke Kajitani는 “한국과 일본이 필연적으로 성장하고 있는 아시아 모바일 앱 시장의 선두 주자가 되기를 기대한다”며 “이번 행사가 두 국가간, 더 나아가 아시아 국가들간의 비즈니스 파트너십과 아이디어 및 열정을 나누는 다리 역할을 할 것”이라고 성공적인 행사 개최에 대한 바람을 전했다.

이외에도 이번 행사에는 네트워킹 파티가 예정되어 있어, 이를 통해 한국, 일본, 아시아 참가자들 간의 파트너십과 친목 도모, 아이디어와 지식 공유 등 활발한 교류가 예상된다.

After running 7 years of his mobile internet companies, Mr. Sato joined mobcast Inc. and led his company to its IPO by leading the platform business department.
