On February 27, Miso, a home-cleaning O2O service startup, officially announced the official launch of its moving-out cleaning service starting this March.
Established in August 2015, Miso has been offering a high-quality housekeeping service with a simple reservation system. However, due to increasing demand for moving out cleaning from customers, Miso decided to start offering moving-out cleaning services as well. The representative of Miso said, “We will improve the inconvenient reservation system and pricing structure based on our diverse know-hows and big data collected from previous housekeeping experience.”
The strength of Miso lies in its convenience. Through the Miso app, one can easily reserve the time and date for moving out cleaning service. Ultimately, users can avoid the hassle of seeking housekeepers to come and estimate and confirm the minute details prior to moving out. Furthermore, the pricing will be made transparent and reasonable for both customers and professional housekeepers.
Prior to officially offering the moving-out cleaning service, Miso confirmed its high quality during the beta service period. In addition, special inspections and after-sale service will be offered for an entire day of moving out to the customers. Miso will continue to improve the quality of its own customer review analysis algorithm.
Miso CEO Victor Ching said, “Miso ensures that people like office workers and two-paycheck couples with busy lives enjoy the moving out cleaning service with its transparent pricing… moving out cleaning requires a lot of attention and effort, and we hope that our customers can live a comfortable and enjoyable lives in their new homes, leaving the hard work to us, the professionals.”
As of February 2017, Miso offers the moving out cleaning service in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do.
